The Midnight Green Club, a golf collective designed for young Black professionals, closed out its season in style with its signature event, “Sand & Swings.” Held on a nine-hole course, the event blended sport, culture, and community, making golf more approachable while celebrating the close of the summer season.
“Sand & Swings” wasn’t just about golf—it was about connection. The evening kicked off with a nine-hole clinic geared toward beginners, giving newcomers the chance to learn the fundamentals of the game in a fun and inclusive atmosphere. Beyond the fairways, the event was a hub for networking and live music, creating a space where relationships were built just as easily as swings were practiced.
The experience was powered by ViC Lloyd, the Chicago native known for his vibrant events and fashion brands. His signature style—merging culture with community—was evident throughout the night, ensuring the event was both polished and welcoming.
